Bhikaiji Rustom Cama is not typically regarded as the "Father of General Knowledge" in India. Bhikaiji Rustom Cama was a prominent Indian freedom fighter and a key figure in the early Indian independence movement. 

Born on September 24, 1861, in Bombay (now Mumbai), she played a crucial role in advocating for India's independence from British rule.

Cama was part of the Indian Nationalist movement and is best known for her contributions as a revolutionary. In 1907, she attended the International Socialist Congress in Stuttgart, Germany, where she unfurled the first version of the Indian flag, symbolizing India's fight for independence.
